The Driftwood Inn was built in 1920, and from that time, it was one of the most iconic and impressive of all hotels in the region. It's truly historic with a lot of age in various areas, but it is a beautiful place to spend time.

The hotel is a fun, funky, and eclectic mix of styles and features. It is the type of location you want to stay when you want a bit of history. In fact, it is on the National Registry of Historic Places. The location spans nine buildings, providing a mid-rise structure with three levels to it. Nearly all rooms have a view of the waterfront.

The location is ideal, with numerous restaurants up and down the area around it, including a few lounges. The area is also notable for the parks and playground that are within walking distance.

Each of the rooms has a private balcony that overlooks the water. There are kitchenettes in each, providing access to a small fridge and microwave to warm up items. There are also flat screen TVs throughout. It’s a quaint hotel you will want to stay at for the history of it all.

Owned by Emilio and Gloria Estefan, Costa d’Este Beach Resort & Spa, guests benefit from having direct access to not just the beach and ocean but to numerous amenities nearby, including watersport rentals for jet skis, boats, and much more. The hotel is a high-end, beautiful resort with some exceptional amenities throughout.

Instead of the traditional hotel room with a view, Seahorse Beach Cottages offer private cottages that allow for complete seclusion. For those looking for a private hideaway, these are some of the best options.

Rent them for a day, week, or even a month with ease. Guests benefit from being within a short walk of everything, including the oceanfront and beach areas. There's lots of time for swimming, fishing, and bird watching as well. This is the type of location for those who want to enjoy all of the comforts of home by the beach in a smaller but comfortable space.

Though the location is a bit older than others, it is a beautiful, densely landscaped area that offers a number of private cottages. It is a short walk to nearly all of the amenities here, and there are neighborhood streets nearby for those who want to walk and explore the area. There is a long walkway that leads right to the beach. Though it does not offer an onsite pool, there are lots of small seating areas to relax in and a quaint design that is hard not to love. Many of the locations have beautiful views of the surrounding areas as well.
