What if we have been talking about real estate the wrong way or not? Interest rate, recession, buyers market, seller's market. Everybody's an economic expert these days.

According to a survey from realtor.com, here are the real reasons why people actually move. 31% because they want different features in their home. 29% because the house is either too small or too big. 25% just want to be closer to family. If you throw in another 5% to 10% for miscellaneous reasons, you'll end up with almost 90% of our decisions to move being made on a personal level, and have nothing to do with economics.

These are all related to real-life personal stuff, and that micro-personal will always trump macroeconomics. There are plenty of ways to offset those macroeconomics, and that's really our real job, to show somebody, to guide somebody through the maze right now and make that as easy as possible.
